Morning: Sighnaghi

8:00 AM -We will depart from Tbilisi early in the morning to maximize your time in each location.

• 10:00 AM – Arrive in Sighnaghi

• Explore the charming town of Sighnaghi, known for its well-preserved city walls and picturesque views of the Alazani Valley.

• Walk along the city walls and visit the Sighnaghi Ethnographic Museum to learn about the region’s history.
• 11:00 AM – Leisure Time in Sighnaghi

• Stroll through the cobblestone streets, enjoy local coffee shops, and take in the beautiful architecture.

• Optionally, visit Bodbe Monastery, located just a short drive from Sighnaghi.

            Late Morning: Khareba Winery

12:00 PM – Depart for Khareba Winery

• Drive to Khareba Winery, which takes about 1 hour.
• 2:00 PM – Wine Tasting and Churchkhela Making

• Enjoy a guided tour of Khareba Winery’s unique wine tunnels.

• Participate in a wine tasting session, sampling some of the best Georgian wines.

• Learn how to make churchkhela, a traditional Georgian candy made with grape must, nuts, and flour.

3:30 PM – Depart for Tsinandali Museum Complex

• Drive to Tsinandali, approximately a 30-minute drive from Khareba Winery.
• 4:00 PM – Explore Tsinandali Museum Complex

• Tour the museum and learn about the history of the Chavchavadze family, one of Georgia’s most influential families.

• Enjoy the beauty of the decorative garden and the historical ambiance of the estate.

• Visit the 19th-century wine cellar and taste Tsinandali wine from the Chavchavadze wine cellar.
• 5:00 PM – Depart for Tbilisi
• Arrive back in Tbilisi in the early evening, with time to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.
